Terms of service
Returned items must be received by Country Glitz Boutique within 14 days from the date you received your order for a refund. Refunds will only be given back in the form of your original payment.
Returns received 14 days - 30 days from the date you received the order will be issued store credit. Store credit never expires. After 30 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be altered in any way and must be in resellable condition. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Deodorant stains
- Makeup stains
- Cigarette smoke
- Animal hair
- Obvious wear
- Mildew scent, etc.
Please allow one week for your return to be processed.
Be sure to use a tracking service when shipping back a return. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return.
